A New Way of Thinking for Michigan. Bitches!

Michigan's Hunting and Fishing Policies

Although I am a gun owner and I enjoy hunting and fishing; I think some changes need to be made to our current laws for these sports in our state.  For the people who follow the rules, there will be very little differences.  But for those who wish to disobey the current (and future) laws that are in place - you will feel my wrath.  Muhuhuhahaha!!

Proposed Law Changes Regarding Hunting and Fishing:

  • Any resident convicted of poaching in our state will have their hunting license revoked for 3 years.  They will also be fined $10,000 and spend 90 days in jail.  A second offense would be a lifetime ban from hunting or fishing privileges in our state.
  • Any non-resident convicted of poaching will be banned from hunting or fishing in our state for LIFE (BITCH!)  They will also be fined $25,000 and spend 90 days in jail.
  • Any resident or non-resident found fishing without a license will have their fishing licesne revoked for 2 years.  They will also be fined $5,000 and spend 30 days in jail.

Proposed Deer Hunting Changes:

  • Put an end to the "Youth Hunt" and "late firearms season"..  Unfortunately, the "youth hunters" are not the ones killing the deer.
  • For 2 years - a buck tag will only be valid for 4 points or better on one side.  No spikes or four pointers will be considered a buck.  This will strengthen our herd and make for better hunting for everyone.
  • Institute primitive weapons season - Dec.22 - Jan. 01.

Other notes on hunting:

I would also like to have an annual Horse Hunt.  That's right - a one day event where we all get to shoot horses!!!  (There ya go Skinny!)
