This is a 2 part answer:
1.
I want to expose the unions.
2.
Our elected officials – particularly Granholm, Levin, and Hoekstra have been sitting on their rich, pampered, wrinkly asses for too long and are detached from reality. They continually spew the same bullshit year after year while we continue to watch jobs leave the state. Our unemployment rate leads the nation at 9.6% (the highest it’s been in 17 years). We’ve lost over 300,000 manufacturing jobs since 2003. This is unacceptable and I promise you I can fix this.
I understand the people's needs in Michigan. I've worked in manufacturing plants across the midwest and I've seen what the unions are doing to our state (and others). If the average Michigan resident could see what I've seen, I'm sure they would be equally appalled.
Spread the word! During this campaign, I will not take any donations. I don't feel that anyone should be spending their hard earned money on a politician... also, there is a lot of bullshit paperwork I have to do if I get donations.
According to Michigan's Bureau of Elections; running as an independant, I will need 30,000 signatures which cannot be signed more than 6 months apart. Michigan will also not allow an electronic signature (from a website). This is another bullshit rule to keep these rich bastards in their seats. We will tentatively begin the petition process in January 2010. If you would like to join the team and collect signatures, please contact us here.
